New to FlowQuota? These are the core steps.
Select where your session belongs before you start so your History and Reports stay meaningful.
Use a standard timer for one focus block or Pomodoro mode for a guided sequence of work and breaks.
Work until the timer ends, or pause if you need to step away temporarily.
Completed sessions appear in History and contribute to your Reports.
The quickest way to begin using FlowQuota.
Every session is linked to a Project and Category so your records stay useful over time. If you are new, keep it simple: choose a project, pick a duration, and start.
Best for one focused work session.
Standard timer mode is the simplest way to use FlowQuota. It is ideal when you want a single uninterrupted focus block without break automation.
Best for guided focus using a structured rhythm of work and breaks.
Pomodoro mode is designed for people who want more built-in pacing. Instead of one standalone session, it guides you through repeated work and break stages to help sustain concentration over a longer period.
Keeps Pomodoro moving automatically between stages.
When enabled, auto-start repeat cycle moves you into the next stage of the Pomodoro sequence without needing manual input each time. This creates a smoother, lower-friction experience.
Use this when you need to temporarily stop the clock.
Pause is there for real-life interruptions. It lets you temporarily stop a session without ending it completely, then continue when you are ready.
Adds extra time when you need a little longer.
If your timer ends but you are still in flow, extending lets you continue without starting over. This is useful when you only need a little extra time to complete the task properly.
Your record of past sessions.
History gives you a session-by-session view of your activity. Use it when you want to check what you worked on, review timing, or look back at recent focus patterns in more detail.
Your higher-level view of time, patterns, and productivity.
Reports turn your session data into a broader picture of how you work. Where History shows individual records, Reports help you understand patterns, trends, and where your time is really going.
Where you manage your account and personal setup.
Settings gives you control over your FlowQuota account and working setup. Use it to keep your account details current and maintain the Projects and Categories you actively use, without losing the value of your historical records.
No. Standard timer mode is the simplest option and works well for most sessions. Pomodoro mode is there when you want more structure.
History shows individual session records. Reports show broader patterns, totals, and trends across many sessions.
Yes. Pause temporarily stops the timer, and Resume continues the same session.
Use Extend if you only need a little longer. If the work still has a long way to go, it is often better to start a fresh session.
They help organise your sessions so your History and Reports remain clear and useful over time.
Settings is where you manage your account details, password, and active Projects and Categories.
Check your device volume and confirm your alert settings if available in your current version.
Refresh the page and then check History again. If the issue continues, sign out and back in.
Make sure you have completed sessions recorded in the selected period. Reports depend on session data being available for that timeframe.
Start with the standard timer. Move to Pomodoro mode when you want a more guided focus rhythm with built-in break structure.
Use Settings to manage active Projects and Categories while preserving historical session data.
