FlowQuota AI Briefings

Turn your focus evidence into a clearer plan for the week ahead.

FlowQuota turns evidence from your recorded Focus sessions into a weekly AI Briefing that highlights what may deserve attention and suggests practical adjustments to consider.

FlowQuota calculates the underlying product facts first. AI then interprets the bounded signals supplied to it. You decide what fits your work.

FlowQuota weekly AI Briefing summary titled “Evening Marketing Focus Shows Promise”.

A weekly view that helps you decide what to do next.

Reporting lets you explore where your focused time went. Focus Score summarises defined aspects of your recent recorded focus behaviour. AI Briefings add a different layer: they interpret bounded signals from the week and help you consider what to protect, change or test next.

The result is not a verdict on your performance. It is a structured prompt for a more informed decision.

Four ways to understand the week you recorded.

Patterns

Surfaces notable or recurring signals in the available evidence, giving you a clearer view of the focus pattern that took shape.

Risk Signals

Draws attention to parts of the recorded week that may deserve closer examination, without presenting a causal diagnosis.

Recommendations

Suggests a practical adjustment you could consider testing in your own work.

Coaching Notes

Helps you reflect on how an observation or suggestion might fit the working week ahead.

Evidence first. AI second.

FlowQuota establishes the facts before AI interprets them.

Your deliberately recorded Focus sessions create the behavioural evidence. FlowQuota calculates defined product facts, including Focus Score, before AI interpretation is added.

AI Briefings work only with the bounded Focus signals and, where available, derived calendar context supplied to them. AI does not calculate or change your Focus Score, decide what your work is worth or prove why a pattern occurred.

Unrecorded time remains unknown. A suggestion is not a guarantee that your productivity or the quality of your output will improve. FlowQuota does not act on the briefing for you.

FlowQuota waits for enough evidence to be useful.

Personal interpretation needs more than an isolated session. Once enough recorded evidence is available, FlowQuota can produce a useful weekly briefing without filling gaps with unsupported certainty.

Eligible FlowQuota AI users can review the briefing in the product, revisit previous briefings through briefing history and receive a notification when a new briefing is ready.

When the available evidence is not sufficient, FlowQuota prompts you to keep recording rather than inventing a conclusion.

Optional calendar context

Calendar context can help explain the pattern without changing your Focus Score.

If you connect a supported calendar, FlowQuota may derive privacy-minimised, bounded context such as aggregate meeting load, Working Hours context, fragmentation patterns or Protected Focus information. This can give an AI Briefing more context around the Focus patterns you recorded.

Calendar events are not treated as focused work or added to productive-time totals. They do not affect Focus Score. Only bounded contextual summaries from the calendar integration are supplied to the briefing process under the applicable privacy controls.

A suggestion to test, not an instruction to follow.

A briefing may suggest a practical change to consider in the context of your own priorities.
