Track your work. Understand your focus.
FlowQuota is a personal time tracker for individual professionals. Use it as a personal timesheet for the work you choose to record: organise activities by your own projects and categories, add notes and review your history.
Then look beyond the total. Reporting and Focus Score help you understand your recorded working patterns. FlowQuota AI adds weekly coaching to help you consider what to change.
Record. Review. Decide.
Record
Capture a session with enough context to recognise the work later.
Review
Return to history and reporting to see the work you recorded.
Decide
Consider whether your recorded time matches your priorities and what to try next.
Give each activity a clear place in your record.
Choose the project and category, add a note if useful, and start a focus session. Stop it when the activity finishes, or pause when you need to.
For a consultant, that might mean separating research, client delivery and business development. A marketer might distinguish campaign planning from analysis. You define the structure around your own work.
Keep a work history you can return to.
Projects tell you which piece of work a session belongs to. Categories describe the type of activity. Notes preserve the detail you want to remember.
You can correct a session's project, category or note afterwards. Keep the context useful as your work develops, then return to the record when reviewing a project or planning your next week.
- ProjectsConnect recorded work to the projects you manage.
- CategoriesGroup activities in terms that make sense to you.
- NotesKeep a short reminder of what the session involved.
See where your recorded time goes.
Reporting brings your sessions together across a selected period. Review how recorded time is allocated across projects and categories, and when those sessions happen.
If an important project received little recorded focus, you have a useful question for your next review. If sessions cluster at particular times, consider whether those windows suit the work you want to protect.
Use Focus Score to look more closely.
Focus Score is a calculated summary of recent recorded focus behaviour. Use it alongside your reports to explore consistency, completion and session patterns. It describes the record you created, rather than the quality of your output.

When enough meaningful focus data is available, weekly AI Briefings interpret your recorded patterns and offer recommendations and coaching notes.
Use the briefing to consider a practical adjustment, such as changing how you structure a session or protecting time for a neglected project. You decide what fits your priorities, try it and review what happens next.

Questions about personal time tracking
Can I use FlowQuota as a personal timesheet?
Yes. Its timer, projects, categories, notes and history create a personal record of the work you choose to capture. Review that record alongside reporting and Focus Score.
What can I edit afterwards?
You can change a recorded session's project, category and note to correct its context.
Does FlowQuota record my day automatically?
You start and control the sessions you want to record, so you need to remember the timer. Time you have not recorded remains unknown.
What does Focus Score measure?
It summarises defined patterns in recorded focus behaviour. It does not measure the quality of your work or grade your ability.
Is AI coaching included in Core?
Core includes history, reporting and Focus Score. Weekly AI Briefings and coaching notes are available with FlowQuota AI when enough meaningful focus data exists.
Start with one activity worth recording.
Choose a project, start the timer and build a record you can learn from. Return to see where your focused time went and decide what deserves your attention next.
