Protect the focused work your professional value depends on.
Strategy, analysis, creative development, problem-solving and careful execution all need sustained attention. Yet that work is easy to lose inside a week dominated by meetings, messages and urgent requests.
FlowQuota helps you deliberately record the Focus sessions that matter, understand the patterns across them and decide what to protect next.
You choose what to record. FlowQuota does not monitor everything you do or decide whether your work was good. It turns deliberately recorded Focus into personal evidence you can examine.
Your existing tools record plans, commitments and activity. They do not record the Focus sessions you choose to run.
A task manager records what you intended to do. Your calendar records what was scheduled. Messages and meetings make responsiveness visible. Those records are useful, but they do not show the Focus sessions you deliberately chose to protect.
FlowQuota adds that missing evidence layer. If you control at least part of your week and some of your most important work needs sustained attention, start a session when that work begins and associate it with the relevant project or category.
You do not need to track every minute. Unrecorded time stays unknown rather than being labelled unproductive.
Explore the productDifferent kinds of work. One shared need: room to focus.
Strategic thinking
Create a deliberate record around the sustained thinking used to examine trade-offs rather than only reacting to the next request.
Analytical problem-solving
Create a deliberate record around the work that requires concentration, comparison and careful interpretation.
Creative development
Record the sessions used to shape ideas, write, design and revise without treating constant visible activity as the goal.
Technical execution
Make sustained implementation, debugging and problem-solving sessions visible without employee monitoring.
The value of the output still requires your judgement. FlowQuota records the Focus session, not the worth of the work.
Build a feedback loop without tracking your whole day.
01Choose
Start with work you believe deserves focused attention.
02Record
Run a structured Focus session and associate it with the relevant project or category.
03Understand
Review calculated patterns across time, completion behaviour, consistency, session length, category and recent momentum.
04Decide
Use the available evidence to consider what you want to protect, change or test next. FlowQuota does not make that decision for you.
One session creates a personal record. A useful pattern needs repeated, deliberately recorded evidence over time.

Reporting: inspect the record
See the Focus time you recorded, the projects and categories associated with it and the time-of-day patterns that emerged.

Focus Score: summarise defined signals
Focus Score combines defined aspects of recent recorded Focus behaviour into a non-AI 0–100 calculation. It does not measure the objective quality or value of your work.

AI Briefings: interpret bounded evidence
When enough eligible evidence exists, a weekly AI Briefing may surface patterns, risk signals, recommendations and coaching notes to consider. AI interprets bounded supplied facts after FlowQuota calculates them.

Understand your focus without turning your day into a performance verdict.
FlowQuota starts with the Focus sessions you deliberately choose to record. It does not need to label every minute, browser tab, application or calendar event as productive or unproductive.
Product facts, including Focus Score, are calculated from defined evidence before AI interpretation is added. AI does not calculate or change the score, prove why a pattern occurred or decide what your work was worth.
Optional calendar information can add a separate layer of structural context. Calendar events never become recorded Focus, productive-time credit or Focus Score input.
Your personal Focus evidence may surface a pattern worth examining. You remain responsible for deciding what that pattern means in the context of your work.
Faster production can change the work. It does not replace professional judgement.
AI may reduce the time required for some tasks or increase the volume a professional can produce. It does not decide which problem matters, whether an answer is sound or where your attention belongs.
FlowQuota helps you build evidence around the human part of that system: the Focus sessions you choose, the patterns calculated from them and the decisions you make afterwards.
FlowQuota does not ask AI to judge your professional worth. It helps you examine the Focus evidence you chose to create and decide what to do next.
Start building evidence around the work you want to protect.
Your first session creates a deliberate record. As that evidence grows, FlowQuota can help you see how focused work fits into your week and decide what to protect next.
